The Packaging Technologies Technical Service Support team is available after hours around the globe. Each of our experienced team members prides themselves in the delivery of responsive and timely service on the phone, in parts supply and in the field.

From initial consultation through our design, manufacturing, installation, start-up and training to parts and technical service support, you can count on the Packaging Technologies four-step process of Total Systems Support. 

Service

Our technical service group provides field support for customers on 6 continents for 5 different product lines.

Our field staff includes a Mechanical Engineer and Electrical Engineers, in addition to 14 skilled technicians. We also have in-house service staff for repair-and-return work, module repairs, and machine rebuilds.

Our technical group assists our Sales and Engineering departments by testing and evaluating sample materials and containers for your specific applications.

Simply have a few technical questions? We still don’t charge for telephone assistance, which is becoming more commonplace with other companies in the packaging industry.

Training

Packaging Technologies employs a full-time Training Manager who is certified by the Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute.

To meet the demands of new packaging machinery technical advances, our training services, along with our user-friendly technical documentation, can play an important role in improving the knowledge and efficiency of your operators and technical staff.
