SIMPLEX TTV PROPELLANT PRESSURE FILLER

The cam actuated Simplex TTV Propellant Pressure Filler does not require a supply of air for propellant dispensing. Instead, by using propellant at boost pressure, the metering cylinder's piston is driven to dispense a precise amount of propellant into the can.
 
The rugged construction of the spool and poppet assure maximum life cycle, while the universal adapter allows fast changes for different aerosol valves. Changeovers are further accelerated by gang adjustments to both head height and propellant fill volume and through tool-free container handling.
 
The low-maintenance base design includes timing-belt, variable frequency drive for minimal noise and excellent control of the machine's speed to match the filling line. The ring cam maintains smooth control of the container through the filling sequence, and the propellant powered metering cylinders provide efficient use of power.
